BUILT ON TRADITION, SMOKED WITH LEGACY

M5 Sausage Co. was established in 2010, beginning with deer processing in Pinehurst, Texas. From the start, our focus was simple — do things the old-fashioned way, with handcrafted care and quality you can taste.

Along the way, we met a friend and mentor, James Quinters, the original owner of J&M Sausage. From him, we learned the proven ways of processing wild game and crafting authentic Texas sausage with a seasoning mix that “goes way back.” His guidance helped us shape the foundation of M5: quality products, traditional methods, and personal service.

In 2014, we relocated to the J&M Sausage building in Spring, Texas, just off Stuebner Airline behind Hooks Airport. Working in that historic shop, we carried on J&M’s legacy while continuing to refine our own recipes and methods. Customers who came to us during those years knew they were getting the same level of care, service, and pecan-smoked flavor they had come to expect from a true Texas smokehouse.
