From start to finish M5 Sausage Co. works hard to assure a great deer processing experience and products that you'll enjoy to eat.  Our products are hand mixed with seasonings and we only use fresh pork and beef to mix with your wild game.  All of our products are made with natural pork and sheep casings.  We believe using real smokehouses and real pecan wood sets us apart from others, for that reason we continue to use traditional smokers and wood like the old-timers long before us.  All of our smoked products and cuts of meat are vacuum sealed.  Our ground meats and breakfast sausages are packaged in chub bags.  Finished products are quickly packaged, labeled and put into our freezer. 


At M5 Sausage Co. we have a variety of products ranging from basic deer processing to our selection of smoked sausage and more. Be sure to ask about our popular specialty items like the jalapeño bacon wraps, they’re a great addition to any order!

DROP OFF YOUR GAME


Bring in your deer, hog, or big game animal with deposit.


Every order is processed separately — no mixing — so you always get your meat back.

CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE


Select from our Processing Package options like Standard, Whole Deer, or Big Game. 


Each Processing Package includes deboning, steaks, tenderizing, and grinding (20 lbs).

CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER


Decide how you want it prepared — All into pecan-smoked sausage, boneless cuts, hamburger and chili grind. 


Then add your favorite smoked sausage flavors (25 lb minimum per flavor).

No problem! Many customers drop off after hours.  You can leave your cooler in the rear of building- call for gate code. Cold storage is also available- call for instructions.


Yes we do!  Most hunters drop off animals skinned and quartered, but we can skin your animal if needed for an additional charge.


No, but we work closely with Knight’s Taxidermy to offer our customers a one stop shop experience. You can drop off with the taxidermist or us for both deer processing and taxidermy.
