We smoke every product the right way — in real smokehouses, over real pecan wood.
We use only the finest meats and all-natural spices. Our sausage starts at 50% pork, but you choose the blend — more beef, more pork, spicier, or cheesier.

Each Processing Package includes deboning, steaks, tenderizing, and grinding (20 lbs).

CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER
Decide how you want it prepared — All into pecan-smoked sausage, boneless cuts, hamburger and chili grind.
Then add your favorite smoked sausage flavors (25 lb minimum per flavor).

We vacuum seal and label everything for freshness — ready for pickup and ready for the table.
