History

M5 Sausage Co. was established in 2010. We began deer processing in Pinehurst, Texas. Along the way we met a friend and mentor, James Quinters, the original owner of J&M Sausage. We learned the proven ways of processing wild game and producing quality products with a seasoning mix that goes way back. In 2014 we relocated to the J&M building in Spring, Texas, on Stuebner Airline behind Hooks Airport. We worked closely to assure the quality and service continued that customers grew to expect. Today we’re located in Waller, Texas in the Field Store community and we continue to produce the same quality products one order at a time.
